About Our Wine List & Service
Members of the Toulouse Wine Committee meet regularly to taste many wines, so that we may pass on to you, only the best.  Hundreds of wines were tasted in preparation of our list.  Each month, over 100 wines are introduced to the market.  None will appear on Toulouse's list until the committee says "OK."

Have a Taste
It's difficult, at best, to describe a wine.  What we suggest is you give us a brief comment on what you are looking for in a wine, and our servers will bring you tastes of wines we feel will meet your request, and you can pick the one you most like.  Any of our "wines by the glass" are available for tasting, and we encourage you to do so.  If you are reluctant to buy a bottle of wine not available by the glass, don't hesitate.  If you are not satisfied with it, your server will be happy to replace it with another bottle of your choice.  We want your dining experience at Toulouse to be a totally satisfying one.

Check out our "Bottle Only" Wines
If it's a special occasion, or if you simply want to treat yourself to the best, please look at the bottom wines in each category.  They are not too expensive, and are extraordinary.  You deserve it.  You worked hard today.  We'll open any of our "bottle only" wines for two glasses.  Ask your server.  If you know which wine you plan to have with dinner, when you make your reservation, ask us to open it before you arrive, to insure that it is at its peak when you are ready for it.

Our prices will please you
We believe you will be pleasantly surprised with our wine prices.  We have only a modest markup.  We want you to enjoy good wines with our outstanding menu selections, and strive to make the best affordable.

Suggested wines with menu items
For your convenience, we have made suggestions on which wines will go well with each menu item.  These suggestions are only guides.  Or, if you like, I'll always be glad to discuss the wine list with you.  Just ask for George.

Wine Dinners and Tastings
From time to time, Toulouse will have wine dinners with speakers from various vineyards.  We also have regular wine tastings, with experts to guide you through, and answer your questions.  If any of these events interest you, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to submit your name to our mailing list.  We will advise you of these events in time for you to plan to attend.  You may view a calendar of upcoming events by clicking on the "event" button to the right of this screen.

Bring your own wine
As good a wine list as we have, and Atlanta Magazine named it "Best New Wine List, 1995," if you have a special bottle of wine in your cellar, please feel free to bring it.  We will be happy to serve it to you for a corkage fee of $8.

Toulouse Policy
Our wines by the glass are one-fourth of a bottle, approximately 6 ounces.  Dessert wines are 3 ounces.  Our white wines are stored at 50 degrees F, so that they reach your table at the proper temperature.  Our bar is stocked only with premium liquors and beers.
